At Ygwigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury hair purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the wig in its original packaging, ensuring the lace remains uncut and the hair is free from any styling products or odors.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
